Information we collect

  • Contact and tour requests — your name, phone number, email address, and anything you tell us, when you call, email, or request a tour.
  • Rental applications — submitted through AppFolio, our property management platform. Applications collect identity information, income and employment details, rental history, and consent for a background and credit check. AppFolio's own privacy policy governs how that information is handled.
  • Resident accounts — current residents use the AppFolio resident portal to pay rent and submit maintenance requests; that activity is also governed by AppFolio's privacy policy.
  • Website usage — like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited — for security and performance. We don't use this for advertising, and we don't sell it.
  • Fonts and maps — this site loads type from Google Fonts and embeds Google Maps. Loading either transmits your IP address to Google, subject to Google's own privacy policy.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, schedule tours, process applications, screen applicants as required by law, manage your tenancy, maintain the property, and meet our legal obligations — including fair housing and consumer-reporting law.

Sharing information

We don't sell personal information. We share it with AppFolio (our property management software), with screening and background-check providers as part of the application process, and when required by law.
