How much does it cost to rent a townhome at Westbury?

Current rents and move-in dates are available from the leasing office at (217) 352-5509. Homes come in standard and renovated finish levels, so rent varies by home.

What size are the townhomes?

Every home at Westbury is the same layout: a two-story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and 1,200 square feet. All three bedrooms and the full bath are upstairs; the living room, kitchen, and half bath are on the main level. See the floor plan.

Do the townhomes have in-unit laundry?

Yes. Every home has its own washer and dryer.

Are pets allowed?

Yes — cats and dogs are welcome, up to two per home. Deposit, pet rent, and breed guidelines are on the pet policy page.

Where is Westbury located?

1801 W. John St. in west Champaign, Illinois, near the corner of John Street and Mattis Avenue. That puts it about 3 minutes from Country Fair Shopping Center, 7 minutes from downtown Champaign, 8 minutes from Parkland College and the I-57/I-74 interchange, 10 minutes from the University of Illinois, and 12 minutes from Carle Foundation Hospital. Is parking included?

Off-street parking is available in the property's lots.

What school district serves Westbury?

Champaign Unit 4 Schools. Elementary assignment uses the district's schools-of-choice registration process, and Centennial High School is a short walk away, just past Centennial Park.

Are the townhomes renovated?

Homes are offered in two finish levels — standard, and renovated with wood-look plank flooring, new carpet upstairs, new cabinets and countertops, stainless steel appliances, and updated full and half baths.

How do I schedule a tour?

Call (217) 352-5509 or email office@jsjmanagement.com. The leasing office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. Tours take about 20 minutes.

How do I apply?

Applications are submitted through the leasing office and take about 15 minutes. Every occupant 18 or older applies. Full written screening criteria are provided with every application. Call (217) 352-5509 to get started.
